Centro Melkart - TANDEM Cadiz: Spanish Courses at a school of friends
In 1995, the enthusiasm of a family for teaching Spanish language and sharing our culture was reason to set up a Spanish language school. Nowadays, this enthusiasm remains still intense in Centro Melkart - TANDEM Cadiz, and from the moment you join us, our friendly atmosphere will allow you to instantly become part of our community.
Melkart is the Phoenician name of Hercules who was the mythological founder of the city. The school is located in the old part of the city, between «Plaza de Mina» and «La Alameda», a promenade with a view to Cadiz Bay.
The building itself is a typical Andalusian house built in 1856. The school has three floors, an Andalusian patio, two terraces, eight classrooms, a multiuse lounge (library, video room, WIFI), an office and a teacher's lounge.
The primary aim is to motivate students, and Centro Melkart - TANDEM Cadiz achieves this through its excellent teaching method. After 11 years of teaching experience we have developed our own didactic materials.
Amusing extra curricular activities enable students to enjoy the language learning all year around. Melkart is a medium-sized language school with around 600 students per year. No doubt, learning Spanish at Centro Melkart – TANDEM Cadiz is learning with friends.
