German Course Program in Göttingen

In a «German as a Foreign Language» Course at International Language Centre - TANDEM Göttingen you will effectively, quickly and successfully learn to speak German. We guarantee that we always find the right level for you. You can participate in a German language course for 1 week or for several months.

Our Intensive German Courses which run throughout the year are designed to guide a beginner through the basics of the language through to the TestDaF examination, the necessary qualification which a student must acquire to be able to study at a German university.

Participants with prior knowledge can start every Monday. After a short test on the first day we will find the appropriate level for you. Students are divided into small groups (max. 10 students) in order to maximise learning.

Our experienced, highly qualified tutors are all native speakers who specialise in teaching German. As such we are able to guarantee a single-language classroom environment, one in which the most modern teaching methods are employed.

The German courses are designed specifically to meet the needs of the students. We offer 6 different course levels (A1 to C2) which correspond to those established in the new «European Framework for Language Learning, Teaching and Evaluation». Each level corresponds to an 8 week Intensive German Course.
