Accommodation Options in Barcelona, Spain

We provide our Spanish students with accommodation in private flats with kitchen facilities. Each student has his/her own room, and sheets and towels are provided. Flats are shared with the owner, and occasionally with other students from the Spanish school.

Reservations for double rooms are only accepted for two people coming together. The stay begins on a Sunday and finishes on a Saturday.

Our accommodations in Barcelona are close to the city centre, and are accessible by public transport from our Spanish language school within 15 minutes.

In July and August we also offer student residences, located just 4 minutes walking distance from TANDEM Barcelona in the city centre. Please enquire for availability!

Accommodation Options in San Sebastian, Spain

For a successful stay you need friendly and comfortable accommodation and we do our best to ensure it. We carefully select and regularly visit each of them. In general, accommodation is located within 20 minutes' walk or by bus from the school.

We offer the following types of accommodation:

Apartment with Spanish people and kitchen facilities

Apartment with one or two Spanish people, who are studying or working. The students have their own bedroom and use of the kitchen, bathroom and living room.

This option allows you contact with Spanish people, whilst at the same time maintaining certain independence.

Host family with half board

You will be made to feel perfectly at home living with one of our families and this makes for a wonderful experience. We think is the most appropriate accommodation for young students and who want continuous contact with the Spanish people and culture. Half board includes breakfast and dinner.

Apartment with other TANDEM students and kitchen facilities

Fully equipped flats provide an average of 4 to 6 students with single or double bedrooms and shared use of the kitchen and bathroom. This is a good opportunity to live with a variety of people and share different cultures. Only during our summer Spanish courses!

Spanish Course Program in Granada

At Escuela Montalbán - TANDEM Granada, we guarantee that our Spanish courses always take place. You can reserve a language Spanish course for 1 week up to several months.

Please note that we have special prices for long-term Standard, Intensive and Superintensive Spanish Courses, extending beyond 8 weeks.

Spanish courses all year round at all levels

Students may choose classes that most correspond to their needs from a variety of Spanish language courses. A Standard Spanish Course of 4 lessons per day allows them to complement holidays with language study. An Intensive or Superintensive Spanish Course with 5 or 6 lessons per day guarantees maximum progress during a short period of time. If students wish to work on specific topics, they can combine 4 group lessons per day with private instruction, in a Standard-Plus Spanish Course.

All Spanish courses begin on the first day. Classes are restricted to a maximum of 8 students and are held from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

There are 4, 5 or 6 lessons of Spanish language instruction per day, each lasting 45 minutes.

We offer 6 different Spanish course levels (A1 to C2) which correspond to those established in the «European Framework for Language Learning, Teaching and Evaluation». Each level corresponds to a 4-week Spanish course.

We also offer the following special courses: One-to-One Spanish Courses, Teacher Training, Junior Programs, Group Programs, DELE Preparation Courses and DELE exams, Business Spanish, Executive Courses, Spanish for Tourism, Medical Spanish, and Spanish Course & Internships in Granada or Madrid.

Spanish Course Program in TANDEM Madrid

The objective of all TANDEM's teachers is to ensure that his or her students achieve communicative competence, which is to say, that he or she is able to communicate effectively in Spanish.

The classes are organized into small groups with a maximum of 10 students per class, and held in large, luminous, temperature-controlled and pleasant classrooms. Each classroom is equipped with the most modern audio-visual resources and the lessons take place in a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere.

We offer the following range of Spanish courses all year round at all levels: Spanish Intensive Courses, Combined Course, Spanish Super Intensive Courses, One-to-One Spanish Courses, DELE Preparation Courses, University Programs, Internships Programs and Teacher Training.

We guarantee that our Spanish courses always take place. The courses start every Monday for elementary to advanced levels. Only beginners should start on the first or third Monday of each month.

We offer 6 different course levels (A1 to C2) which correspond to those established in the new «European Framework for Language Learning, Teaching and Evaluation». Each level corresponds to a 4 week Spanish course.

Theme Weeks

For the curious, adventurous and those wishing to explore Madrid's every facet, we offer one-week stays in the city with a theme: Almodóvar's Madrid, Flamenco Madrid, Madrid's Gastronomy, Madrid's neighborhood's and shops.

Year-Round-Group Program

The program consists of at least one week of Spanish classes combined with daily cultural activities that require the use of the target language. We offer Junior and Senior Summer Programs!

Spanish Course with Internship

A unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of Spanish in a business environment and to gain real work experience at a company in Madrid, preceded by a 4 weeks Spanish Intensive Course. We offer this program all year round!
