Spanish Course Program in Granada

At Escuela Montalbán - TANDEM Granada, we guarantee that our Spanish courses always take place. You can reserve a language Spanish course for 1 week up to several months.

Please note that we have special prices for long-term Standard, Intensive and Superintensive Spanish Courses, extending beyond 8 weeks.

Spanish courses all year round at all levels

Students may choose classes that most correspond to their needs from a variety of Spanish language courses. A Standard Spanish Course of 4 lessons per day allows them to complement holidays with language study. An Intensive or Superintensive Spanish Course with 5 or 6 lessons per day guarantees maximum progress during a short period of time. If students wish to work on specific topics, they can combine 4 group lessons per day with private instruction, in a Standard-Plus Spanish Course.

All Spanish courses begin on the first day. Classes are restricted to a maximum of 8 students and are held from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

There are 4, 5 or 6 lessons of Spanish language instruction per day, each lasting 45 minutes.

We offer 6 different Spanish course levels (A1 to C2) which correspond to those established in the «European Framework for Language Learning, Teaching and Evaluation». Each level corresponds to a 4-week Spanish course.

Learn Spanish in Granada, one of the most beautiful cities in Andalusia

Granada, the birthplace of the poet Federico García Lorca, is without doubt one of the most fascinating cities in southern Spain. It is also an important university town with almost 300,000 inhabitants and more than 60,000 students.

With its world-famous Alhambra, rich culture and lively nightlife, Granada is the ideal place for both studying Spanish and taking a holiday.

Enjoy a weekend on the Mediterranean coast; participate in winter sports, horseback riding or trekking in the Sierra Nevada; take a trip to the marvellous villages of the Alpujarra mountains; watch gypsy Flamenco in Sacromonte and dance Salsa and Tango in one of Granada's many exciting bars; visit the Arabic baths or stroll through the narrow streets of the old Moorish quarter of the Albaicín.

Our highlight

A tapa is a small portion of food which you receive when you buy a drink. To give the customers tapas is a universal Spanish custom throughout Spain. But in some cities such as Granada the tapas are free. They can vary from just a few nuts or a small dish of olives to almost a mini meal in itself. One of the greatest pleasures of being in Spain is to go out with your friends for tapas. It is normal to only stay in each tapas bar for one or two drinks so you may visit a whole series of bars during an evening.

In some tapas bars you can choose which tapa to have whereas in other bars they have a set list of tapas which you get according to which round of tapas you are on.
