Torre di Babele
Italian language school in Rome, Italy
Torre di Babele is an Italian school with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in teaching Italian to foreigners. We stand out for our high standards, and the welcoming service and individualized attention we offer to our students. We offer Italian courses for all levels, from absolute starters to advanced. Our mission consists of allowing our students to develop the skills necessary to communicate in the Italian language with people from all over the world. We provide an extreme quality of teaching and serve as a center of reference in the training and improvement of Italian teachers.
The quality of teaching is one of our main goals. Our school is recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, it is part of ASILS, and we collaborate with several Italian and foreign universities to collaboratively design specific language teaching programs. Our priority is studying Italian through art and culture. We have a team of highly qualified specialists. One of the most important characteristics of our system is the small number of students in each class, typically between 7 and 8, and never more than 12. This allows a personalized and individual learning experience. We also have a Quality Management certificate.
The school is located in a central and elegant area of Rome, near La Sapienza University, the historical Villa Torlonia Park, and not too far from Termini central station. It is only a few meters away from the famous San Lorenzo neighborhood, where there are the most famous bars and restaurants in all of Italy. The building is air conditioned and surrounded by a big garden. The classrooms are wide, bright, and fully equipped. The courses are enriched with different interesting cultural and free time activities, as well as through a language exchange service with Italian students.
The focus of the school is a communicative one. We provide the possibility of practicing all the skills of one of the most beautiful languages in the world while paying special attention to the exchange of experiences that comes from engagement between students.
